      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/227422"&gt;@Azade&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Yes, PM used to send SIM very slow.&amp;nbsp; But lately, they have speed it up and customers usually get it within a week.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Open ticket with PM Support and have them investigate or resend you one&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Click on the Bubble or directly at : &lt;A href="https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot" target="_blank"&gt;https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot&lt;/A&gt;. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Type: did not receive my sim card&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Then click "Contact Us" ,&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;and then click "Click here to submit a ticket"&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;you will then direct to another page to open ticket.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the moderators (but this can take longer):&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It usually takes 2 weeks or about to receive SIM from PM. But it might take longer due to not enough staff to handle requests. Plus Canada Post is slow these days...&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Depending on your location it should be arriving soon but contact a CS_Agent and inquire about it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
