      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/227414"&gt;@lynnhaywood&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unless you have more than one public mobile service, that would be very concerning for me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Those charges are well beyond the time frame that they would be pending and it seems your payment card has being charged excessively.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you at any time in the past 30 days processed a plan change?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I might recommend you lock the payment card until Public Mobile can help explain those charges.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/227414"&gt;@lynnhaywood&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;How did that happen?&amp;nbsp; did PM charged you twice? you just manually paid after PM charged you?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Check the Transaction history to see if it shows the double charges.&amp;nbsp; Also, check Available Fund on My Account.&amp;nbsp; If there is an amount in Available Fund, check if it is the same as the charge the second time.&amp;nbsp; You can choose to let it stay there.&amp;nbsp; PM will debit that amount for renewal next time.&amp;nbsp; So, it is easier that way.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But if it is PM's fault and you want to try to request for a refund, you can open ticket by&amp;nbsp;Clicking on the Bubble or directly at : &lt;A href="https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot" target="_blank"&gt;https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot&lt;/A&gt;. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Start by typing "Overcharge"&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;then click "Contact Us"&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;then click "Click here to submit a ticket"&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;you will then direct to another page to open ticket.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the moderators (but this can take longer):&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
