Maybe based on phone model, not sure. I get it off some phones for some accounts but not others. If there's been factory resets, etc would likely be gone as well.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's worth the long shot in trying though as sometimes it works.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You may have a text containing your 4 digit account pin # that you chose at activation. If you activated with CCS I can tell you how to find your account pin #. You may have also used your voicemail pin # as customers often don't realize what they are being asked at the time of activation. Since I joined and later had to change my PIN (as I forgot it) I never received such SMS.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They only way to 'remember' it is to contact agent, provide identification info they ask for and then let them know your new PIN number. AND write it down!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
