There may be two areas that list 12 digit numbers. Some might say pin and other might say reference.. be sure to try both..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try adding it via calling 611 and logging into your account. But you can only make a couple attempts per hour. So wait another hour and try again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I don't remember exactly as it's been a couple of years*, but I recall that it would work if redeeming on phone and not on website, or vice versa.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;[*I gave up as it was too much trouble for an extra 2%]&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
