I was trying to open roaming to Mexico but I don't how to activate.

PM doesn't offer roaming add-ons while you are in Mexico.

You will need international calling as an Add-ons if you are calling someone in Mexico while you are in Canada. 300 minutes of talking for $15.

Roaming is only available for the USA when you are calling/texting while you are in the USA.

If you are going to Mexico and need to call or text. It is better for you to buy a local SIM down there or download free wifi calling/texting app like WhatsApp or TextNow.

Pm only offers US roaming add ons. Download a voip app like fongo or textnow to use on wifi. Or WhatsApp is commonly used in Mexico. You can purchase a local sim card if you need service when not on free wifi. Here is an article with your options....

You can pickup any SIM in Mexico. Or if you are staying in an hotel or friends and relatives with wifi, use WhatsApp, TextNow or Fongo as noted by @darlicious.

Before you leave Canada download a voip app and choose a Canadian number. Then call forward you pm calls to your voip number. Then while you are in Mexico your pm incoming calls will ring thru to your voip number while you are on wifi and if you purchase a local sim card they will also ring thru while on mobile data otherwise they will go to your voicemail on your voip app. Just take care to not connect to a US tower if you have a stopover in the US. Keep your phone on airplane mode until you arrive in Mexico. If you use textnow you will be able to send and recieve texts using the textnow number.

Adding to @darlicious recommendation, TextNow and Fongo, you will need to pick an new number for you to use. WhatsApp will use your existing PM number and contacts.
