      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/22437"&gt;@CS_Agent&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;Please help!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I&amp;nbsp;believed I had activated my phone with Public Mobile yesterday morning. But my phone still seems to be operating in wifi-only situations. It will not make phone calls or send SMS, data will not work, etc.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Also, when I try to sign into Self Serve I am met with a message of "Login Attempt Failed". I am sure that I am using the correct sign-in info and had recieved an activation verification email yeasterday morning.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please help me figure out how to solve this!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
