      <title>Data add-on not working</title>

      <description>I have an issue with my data, I am not able to use it. At first I thought I must have run out (my 90 day plan renews in about a week) so I bought the 1gb add on. I did the two steps, by adding the money from my visa and then purchasing the data again. It worked briefly for an hour and then.. stopped. My phone has an x over the lte and nothing will load over cellular data.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;What gives?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Also I messaged the mods about this issue 2 days ago and they are not responding. Anyone know typical turnaround for messages sent to them??</description>
