    <description>&lt;P&gt;5 or so of that 10 difference is from a buffer that the system takes. But you may want to make sure you're locking down all the data consuming apps and data consuming updates. Just do app and OS updates via wifi. And turn off any wifi failover options. The overview page counter has proven to be very accurate. The odd occasion there have been runaway data consumption or no resetting. But the counter is accurate other than that.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just got the sim card and got the base plan for 250MB data (+ addon of 1GB) why is Public charging extra data? in my mobile it shows I used 13MB but on the site, it shows as 23MB. Not such a trivial amount when you are on a 250MB plan.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;PM has a buffer in order to function properly. These 250MB are mainly for that usage. It is not much but close to renewal you can take advantage of it and use it all without remorse.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I did not touch my data this billing period and it still shows:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Yummy_0-1645633652340.png"&gt;&lt;img src="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/skins/images/354AA98950BBCE998725EC9BF1AE160A/responsive_peak/images/image_not_found.png" alt="Yummy_0-1645633652340.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not a concern at all.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Most accurate data tracking is on PM site, not on your phone or through 3rd party app.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
