How to reset password to my account when I forget the answer to the security question?

I dont' know how to contact a moderator to get help. According to the hinds provided by the community, I should private-message to one of the moderators, however, it seems that none of them is private-message-able. sad!

You need a mod assistance here since you can't reset password more likely you got locked out

If the password reset option on the self serve login page doesn't work, you'll need to open a ticket by going to https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat .
