Or, have been active within 90 days.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So, if you are neither of these, then you need to activate a Public Mobile SIM card to access this area.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;OR, are you trying to buy a SIM card or Phone? Because that is a whole other login set up that is not connected to your Self Serve/My Account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Otherwise, if above does not apply, then contacting CSA sounds like the way to go for help&lt;/P&gt;</description>
