If adding a 1 in front does not help the call contact try toggling into airplane mode than back again.

I add a $25 plan this was happening to about a year ago once in a while. It did end up stopping after about a couple months.

If your call does not complete then yes, submit a ticket to CSA.

Hi there!

I have Canada-wide talk and text but when I call my partner’s Canadian phone number, a public mobile message says that the call cannot be complete because I don’t have enough minutes. This has been going on for months and it’s extremely inconvenient. I’d appreciate some help sorting this out.
Thanks!

You can login to Self Serve account and check how many outgoing minutes you have in your account.

Contact a CS_Agent by private messaging on top of this page if there is a discrepancy.

In the future, you can text your partner to call you so it is unlimited incoming calls.

@AvaWC

This is an irritating glitch that usually lessens over time. I'm going to go one further on this and suggest you power off your phone. Remove your sim card and if possible put it in another phone and attempt to make a call and/or send a text message. Remove the sim card and wait 10 minutes. Place the sim card back in your phone and power your phone back up. Make a habit of rebooting your phone at least once a week.

If this glitch continues to plague your phone and/or increases in frequency rather than lessen then contact customer support and ask them to reset your account and reprovision the sim card.

To contact customer support click below:

https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

To pre-verify your account include your full name, address, email, phone # and 4 digit acct pin #.
