    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/192135"&gt;@Wensi&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;When you log into My Account, did you see $15 there as Available Fund ?&amp;nbsp; If so, you can leave your fund there as it will be used towards your next renewal, easier that way&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you did buy 4 times the 500 minutes talk time ($0 in Available Fund and you see the add-ons appears multiple times in My Data &amp;amp; Add-ons section in My Account)&amp;nbsp; and you want to reverse the transaction, try to reach out to PM Support and explain to them the situation.&amp;nbsp; PM Support are usually reasonable and will try to find the best solution for you:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On Feb 14, 2022, I intended to add $5.00 for 500 minutes talking only, but possible due to how-to-add technical issue, I had added three times with total $20.00. Now I want to get $15.00 refund and keep only $5.00 in my account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Wensi&lt;/P&gt;</description>
