You must log into your My Account/Self Serve to top up online.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you registered for an account yet? If you activated in store you may not have done so yet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can register for an account here:&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/" target="_blank"&gt;https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or, are you currently in a nonpay/suspended status and cannot log in?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just note, if you have been in&amp;nbsp;nonpay/suspended status for over 90 days then you lost your number, account, and access to My Account/Self Serve.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Otherwise, if active within 90 days, see methods to top up your account as others have provided.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
