      <description>Hi, there. I disabled the autopay on the 90 days plan and chanegd my plan to 30 days one (unlimited Canada-wide calls, unlimited text and 1 GB data) and made a payment of 47 CAD. I did that a few days ago while abroad. Now, when I came back to Canada, I am surprised to find out that I cannot make calls and if somebody tries to call me, he gets redirected straight to voicemail. Please help me because I am expecting a phone call regarding a job opportunity.</description>

      <description>Can you check what self serve says your plan is and what your available funds are? Ie did the plan change take effect?</description>
