I'm not able to receive or send group texts when I'm in the US, (works fine in Canada) does anyone know why?

Did you buy any of US add-ons? Without texting add-on you will not be able to receive SMS while in US.

US Roaming for 10 day packages

Unlimited U.S. Talk, Text and 250MB Data Bundle = $20

Unlimited U.S. Talk and Text Bundle = $15

Unlimited U.S. Talk Only = $8

Unlimited U.S. Text Only = $8

U.S. Data Only for 10 day packages

250MB = $10

500MB = $15

1GB = $20

You can recieve SMS texts in the US without a US roaming add on but you cannot send them and you cannot send or recieve MMS texts without either a US roaming add on for texts or data. If you have an iPhone and are sending iMessage you require either wifi or a US roaming data add on. Do you currently have a US roaming add on currently and are having this issue?

As per the small print to correct my error on US roaming text add ons above:

U.S. Roaming MMS service (picture or video) requires both SMS and data service to be enabled and will consume data if used. If you choose SMS service only, MMS will not be enabled.

Yes have US add-on, No issues with texting single texts, but not able to send or receive any of the group texts when in the US.

Hi @Rob44

Try manually selecting either of AT&T or T-Mobile, whichever works best for you,
and Rebooting device..test it.

Group texts are considered MMS as they require a mobile data connection. Do you have a US roaming data?

From the small print....

@Rob44 - is your Data option ON in the settings of your device?
