    <description>&lt;P&gt;Do you have Internet while DATA is on at all?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If other apps can communicate with web then something is off with whatsapp. Check if there is any special settings there. Did whatsapp Ever worked for you?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
