When does the SIM card go off sale? I see it's is 50% off now but for how long?

And I doubt PM will tell you a solid date either. They change the price up and down. Sometimes they do $10 for 2. So, you can just pay $5 for one is a good deal.

if you need one, buy now. why wait?

If you really don't want to buy one now, then follow the Community closly. Canadiancellsupplies do have some good sales for PM Sim occasionally and couple members here like to report the sales whenever there is one. But those are usually flash sales and it comes random, too

Ihave topped up my phone this morning at 45 am and still I can't get thru to my voicemail because you say I have no minutes. What a pathetic service this is. What if that voicemail was urgent??????

Is your plan active? Which plan? What is your balance? If the $15 plan then do you see a line mentioning 100 minutes in your my data & add-ons? When is your next renewal? Try 1-778-580-4001 and see what happens. Try calling that number from a different phone.
