I wanted to know if I can retrieve a voicemail from November 17th, 2021. I require it to start a legal case. Are you able to send me a copy?

Unfortunately pm's voice mail service only saves messages for 10 days unless you manually save them yourself.

To pre-verify your account include your full name, address, email, phone # and 4 digit acct pin #.

If you pressed 11 to delete then it is long gone.
