Please help add another 1gb US Roaming data add on

I’ve used my 1gb US Roaming add on and cannot add another one as the 10 days this add on is for have not yet passed.

I have been told a moderator can help remove this addon so I could be able to add another one so was wondering if there’s anyone available to help with that. Thanks!

Yes, a known glitch in the system.

You will need to contact customer service agent.

Click on chat icon on right lower corner of website. Type: submit ticket. Follow prompts to submit a ticket for CSA help. It will likely take 1-2 hours for CSA to respond. Check your private message inbox for response.

This 10 day limit should apply to US roaming only...

for Re-Purchase Add-ons you need to wait 24 hours after the expiry first Purchase Add-ons or

get in touch with Customer Support Agent (publicmobile.ca)

them do it for you.
