      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I purchased a iphone 8 plus in January. A notification said I would get a free sim card which I havent recieved as yet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you want them to send you a replacement include the order # from your phone shipment, the shipping address and the email you used for the order.
