".&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; You may have to expand the "To" field to see the full header, however it will be there.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Click on the Bubble or directly at :&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"&gt;https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot&lt;/A&gt;.
