Were you able to use this feature with your cell phone before Public Mobile, or simply with cell phones all together?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If cell phones, then I would check with your landlord, management etc. and see what they can suggest.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Trouble with door buzzer</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello I joined mobile a while ago. When someone comes to the door I can answer them but can not buzz them in on my cell phone. This only happened after switching to mobile. Ideas?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/210110"&gt;@Lthrscorp56&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;did you port your old number into PM?&amp;nbsp; If so, it could be couple days for those system generated calls or smaller provider to find out you have changed your providers.&amp;nbsp; Usually within a day to maximum of 3 days, those systems will learn you got a new provider and routed the call properly&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But you might also want to check your building.&amp;nbsp; Some buildings on older system they need to route calls to old style landline only.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, ask your building if it sees your number as long distance.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Some intercom systems see those area code differently and thought it is a long distance calls.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;So, ask them to confirm&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The input back from your phone to the system is not working.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Looks like a building system issue. Ask them to delete and reconfigure your number in the system.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The unit or the doorbell app may take sometime for it to get stable wifi to work properly.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
