      <description>&lt;P&gt;It could be your phone is losing contact with SIM. Try taking it out, gently cleaning contacts with alcohol, blowing air into SIM compartment (try to use air-can not your lungs).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you try it in some other phone?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Maybe SIM is defective by itself? How long do you have it and when this started happening?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Try the SIM in another phone and see if it does the same thing. If it does then it is the SIM so try cleaning the contacts with rubbing alcohol but be gentle while cleaning.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/108601"&gt;@msaali18&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; yes, testing in another phone will be good to rule some things out.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Keep these handy as well for possible network issues.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Check for outages in your area:&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.telus.com/en/on/outages" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.telus.com/en/on/outages&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;or&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://downdetector.ca/status/telus/map/" target="_blank"&gt;https://downdetector.ca/status/telus/map/&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Toggling into airplane mode and then back again will retrigger the network on your phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Maybe try a reset of your device's network settings here as well. This may help reset things.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
