      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/225737"&gt;@Daredevil&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;there is no formal way to cancel the plan.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;First,&amp;nbsp; login to your My Account, disable Autopay , remove credit card&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you are keeping your number, then activate a new service and request porting.&amp;nbsp; Once porting completed, your account will be closed&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you are giving up your number, then nothing else to do after.&amp;nbsp; PM would not be able to get the renewal money on the next cycle.&amp;nbsp; Your account will be suspended.&amp;nbsp; Then 90 more days from that , your account will be closed and your phone number will be returned&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/225737"&gt;@Daredevil&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you want to&amp;nbsp;transfer your number to another providers you need to keep your account with PM Active,to do that,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;also if you have Autopay in your account remove it,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;automatically After 90 days of non-payment, your account will be permanently deactivated, which means you will:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Lose access to your phone number, and won’t be able to transfer it to a new provider in the future.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;</description>
