Trying to renew plan

I'm on the 6gigs for 3 months plan for 75$ I ran out of data earlier then I hoped and wanted to renew my plan rather the purchase add on for my account, I went to pay off my balance and it took the 75 but still no service. Please help, I need this for work.

is your plan still available? or is it an old promo plan.

~~if it is still available i woudl top up to teh needed funds then do a plan change select the features you wnat then activate it immideatly (not future date it)~~

if its a promo plan (you need mod help) top up the private message the mods asking to revew you early.

You CANNOT activate your current plan early, period.

Three options:

a) survive with wifi until renewal occurs

b) purchase a data add-on

c) this workaround: change your current plan to the cheapest 10 day plan ($11), then after confirming that it is working, change again to your original plan. NOTE: this will not work if you are on a legacy, grandfathered, or any promo plan.

It may have looked like your serviced got compromised. If you contact this mod @Shazia_K she should help you and get this promo that you have back. I know that the plan i have with pm is a promotion too but eever since i got it, my promo hasnt disappeared as I have been doing auto payment as well.
