      <title>Trying to renew plan</title>

      <description>I'm on the 6gigs for 3 months plan for 75$ I ran out of data earlier then I hoped and wanted to renew my plan rather the purchase add on for my account, I went to pay off my balance and it took the 75 but still no service. Please help, I need this for work.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;is your plan still available? or is it an old promo plan.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRIKE&gt;&amp;nbsp;if it is still available i woudl top up to teh needed funds then do a plan change select the features you wnat then activate it immideatly (not future date it) &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRIKE&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if its a promo plan (you need mod help) top up the private message the mods asking to revew you early.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;See&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3757"&gt;@Luddite&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;post &amp;nbsp;below, it is more detailed&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You CANNOT activate your current plan early, period.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Three options:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;a) survive with wifi until renewal occurs&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;b) purchase a data add-on&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;c) this workaround: change your current plan to the cheapest 10 day plan ($11), then after confirming that it is working, change again to your original plan. &lt;STRONG&gt;NOTE: this will not work if you are on a legacy, grandfathered, or any promo plan.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you contact this mod&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/9663"&gt;@Shazia_K&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;she should help you and get this promo that you have back. I know that the plan i have with pm is a promotion too but eever since i got it, my promo hasnt disappeared as I have been doing auto payment as well.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
