      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/225639"&gt;@Hun&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;to transfer your number to Fido, you have to request the porting on Fido website.&amp;nbsp; You likely have to provide them the Account number, which you can find it on My Account&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="lia-indent-padding-left-30px"&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="E-MyAcct-AcctNum.png" style="width: 624px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/52128i1264195A9F0CC6B6/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="E-MyAcct-AcctNum.png" alt="E-MyAcct-AcctNum.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And make sure you PM Account is &lt;STRONG&gt;Active&lt;/STRONG&gt;. After you requested the transfer, PM will send you a text to confirm and you need to reply within 90 minutes.&amp;nbsp; So, make sure your PM SIM is still in a phone ready to receive text&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
