      <title>Credit card expired/reactivation issue</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My credit card expired January 31st, 2022.&amp;nbsp; I changed/added my new credit card to my public mobile account.&amp;nbsp; My account says I need to reactivate my current plan.&amp;nbsp; When I click on reactivate it takes me to the make a payment screen.&amp;nbsp; When I make a payment it says that it already has enough available funds yet it still will not activate my account.&amp;nbsp; An help would be greatly appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sometimes it is browser issue. I would suggest to wait 1-2 hours and try with different browser.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It looks like you did everything correct - added new card, paid, etc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sometimes calling 611 will offer you option to reactivate.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(&lt;EM&gt;More weirdness website fails but 611 works 🥴 .... Luddite)&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My available funds show 5.00.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What I actually was able to do was dial *611 and authorize a payment from there.&amp;nbsp; This worked and it updated my account online as well when I did it.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Strange that the online system wouldnt allow me to reactivate it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Yeah there's a bug with the Amount Due option. So we suggest people to use the Other option in that Payment type drop down.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
