    <description>&lt;P&gt;When I put in the CC info and address etc and select submit, it says the amount is already full even tho says balance 0. and still says suspended.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Plan has been suspended, was a 30 day one and would like to have it on the $25 a day one.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It will not work to see any plans, webpage has errors.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If so, you can safely ignore the message about your plan being suspended.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It would help if you could provide a screenshot of the error you are seeing when trying to change plans.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You may try switching to a different browser, in incognito/private mode and see if that solves the problem.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Now make a manual payment using the Other option in the Payment type box or use vouchers and instant top-up and pay for the plan to reactivate..&lt;/P&gt;</description>
