      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/193976"&gt;@uttma&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; - forgive me, I neglected to address your subject line...but please remove that personal info...as I still see it there.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are all customers/members like you here, not Public Mobile representatives.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For your calling issue what trouble shooting did you try?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;TRY :&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;*turn off your phone, then &lt;STRONG&gt;reboot&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;*&lt;STRONG&gt;removing&lt;/STRONG&gt; your &lt;STRONG&gt;SIM&lt;/STRONG&gt;, then reinserting it&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;*go into &lt;STRONG&gt;airplane&lt;/STRONG&gt; mode, then going back to regular mode&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;*&lt;STRONG&gt;reset&lt;/STRONG&gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;network&lt;/STRONG&gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;settings&lt;/STRONG&gt; on your device&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;*manually select the 3G / WCDMA &lt;STRONG&gt;ONLY&lt;/STRONG&gt; network in your Mobile Connections area in your settings (temporarily) for dropping or unable to make incoming/outgoing calls&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you just activated and ported over a number incoming calls sometimes can take 2-3 hours to starting coming to your cell device.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Landline/voip can take 3+ days to complete the port.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If issues porting or transferring a number to Public Mobile, and it has been over the allotted time it usually takes to complete, submit a ticket here for help: &lt;A href="https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/chatbot.html?botId=ZJkWuVb7Hp6EEcTIZKMZbvLwuDV&amp;amp;duid=1ml7MK2dvkmM37lFcEM7RHEOeep&amp;amp;lang=en&amp;amp;" target="_blank"&gt;https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/chatbot.html?botId=ZJkWuVb7Hp6EEcTIZKMZbvLwuDV&amp;amp;duid=1ml7MK2dvkmM37lFcEM7RHEOeep&amp;amp;lang=en&amp;amp;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;See helpful info. here: &lt;A href="https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/get-help/articles/port-fraud-protection" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/get-help/articles/port-fraud-protection&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You can also purchase a pm voucher and load it via these same numbers to automatically reactivate your service. Just press (1) and (1) again after accessing the 611/IVR service and enter your pm voucher's 12 digit PIN #.
