Contact your service provider for details”&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is a brand new SIM card that I registered a few minutes ago,,, the same Tablet-phone works perfectly with another old SIM card from publicmobile.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;publicmobile needs to send the PUK to unlock the new SIM card,,,&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/225342"&gt;@SophiaPava&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;If it is a SIM card PUK, you can follow what&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/15043"&gt;@computergeek541&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;suggested and open a ticket with PM&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it is a phone that you used in another carrier before, work without problem, but got the error message when you put the PM SIM in, likely it is a carrier lock and you need to go back to the carrier you got the phone from&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it is a Samsung phone, it could be something you need to call Samsung if the error message is "SIM network PIN blocked. Enter SIM network PUK."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
