      <description>&lt;P&gt;When did you sign up with PM? Usually verification codes from banks, etc. need some time to start arriving to new number. Particularly if you ported number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you receive SMS from other phone numbers?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You mentioned you cannot open BMO site. I assume using your phone... What error message do you get? Maybe mobile BMO site does not like some settings on your phone? Did you try any other bank?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
