      <title>Unable to verify email address</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi moderators,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There seems to be some issue with my account activation 9 days ago. I noticed some sort of error message on the page upon the completion of the activation process, even though it says that it was successful.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I received an email to confirm the activation and it says that the self serve account has been created. The service is working fine so far. I am however, unable to log into self serve; It kept telling me that it is unable to verify my email address. When I try to click on the "Forgot your password" link and entered my email address, it was unable to verify it as well.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I filed a support request 8 days ago but I havent heard back since. Please help, I need to log into self serve to manage my account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
