    <description>&lt;P&gt;The data worked before, now only used 200M something. Still has a lot data remain. Call and text worked well. Only date not work now. I had use public for a long time in this phone. Never has this situation before.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Is talk and text working?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Check your self service account to see whether you see the data tracker in your Data and Add on Section in overview page.&amp;nbsp; If you don't see the data tracker, that means you&amp;nbsp; ran out of data this payment cycle.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/225166"&gt;@Jopoii5566&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Please check your iOS version.&amp;nbsp; Is it 15.4 beta?&amp;nbsp; If so, you will have to downgrade it back to 15.3 or 15.2.1&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It is a known issue that 15.4 beta does not currently work on PM and will experience data issue.&amp;nbsp; There are around 10 customers reported that already and need to do the downgrade&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Before downgrade, you can always quickly perform a Network Reset (Settings &amp;gt; General &amp;gt; Reset &amp;gt; Reset Network Setting&lt;STRONG&gt;)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;first and see if that resolve the problem&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;As described above, check your IOS.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A few basic troubleshooting advice:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Rebooting your phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Network reset of phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Toggle airplane mode on, then off.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can also try your SIM card in another working phone.&amp;nbsp; This helps determine whether hardware setup issue versus PM service problem.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
