For faster response (2-48 hours), Click on the bubble in the lower right to request CS Agent assistance, or use this direct link: &lt;A href="https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Start with typing "Submit a ticket", click "Contact Us", click "Other" from the choices, click "Click here to submit a ticket".       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/225165"&gt;@sherry59&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you go through the activation process TWICE, or are you just seeing the charge on your credit card displaying twice?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's possible the charges you're seeing are 'pending' or 'unauthorized' charges which will not post as actual charges.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;You may also see (on your self-serve) that the 'extra' charge was placed in your available balance funds, which means it'll be used against the next cycle payment.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If either of the above are the case, you need not do anything.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are 100% sure you were charged twice and the payments have posted to your credit card account, yet the extra payment is not reflected on the account, then certainly follow&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/79275"&gt;@softech&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;advice above to contact Customer Support Agents.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Do you see that double charge on your PM account or on credit card?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it is on PM account, just eave it there - it will be used for next renewal.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it is on CC, contact agent through personal mail and request refund. Have screenshot of your CC handy as a proof.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Refunds are usually completed within few weeks (that is why it is simpler to leave $ on PM account than to ask for refund in that case).&lt;/P&gt;</description>
