      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/224846"&gt;@JMAlbert&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;PIN number for the new SIM card?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;or you meant the 4 digits Account PIN?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you need a PIN number to unlock the PIN, you wouldn't be able to use the PM service as the phone will ask you for SIM pin before it will try to connect to PM network.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PM SIM usually come without the need of SIM PIN.&amp;nbsp; Some people tries 1234, but again, usually the SIM is not lock unless you add a SIM PIN yourself&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What exact error message showing?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You can choose to set a PIN and lock your SIM yourself on your phone. If you attempt to use the wrong PIN (set by yourself) too many times to try to unlock your SIM, you will then need a PUK. PM can provide this PUK if you contact them as has been stated above.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you are, you need to contact Samsung.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it ask for a PIN for the SIM, try 1234. If that fails, contact a CS_Agent for the PIN.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Is this a Samsung phone? If so then the phone seems to be locked to a provider. They have an excellent online chat to get a code to unlock it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
