    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/225091"&gt;@Jeanguy1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;What kind of double payment issue?&amp;nbsp; Did you trigger a manual payment twice by accident?&amp;nbsp; or PM's fault for charging you twice?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or was it show up twice on your credit card ?&amp;nbsp; Any chance one is a pending charge?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PM is prepaid and usually won't refund.&amp;nbsp; However, share your situation and maybe we can suggest&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
