      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/124806"&gt;@chuckster1007&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Did you login to My Account -&amp;gt; Payment Tab-&amp;gt;Transaction history and see if both transactions are showing up there?&amp;nbsp; If so, any chance the Available Fund on My Account&amp;nbsp; has a some $ there?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you don't see both transactions.&amp;nbsp; Then I want to ask if you just recently joined PM, maybe this is only your 2nd month here?&amp;nbsp; If so, Do you recall you have problem with activation and you have to go back and reactivate a 2nd time?&amp;nbsp; If that was the case, I wonder if you have activated twice,one account that you are using and another ghost account?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If that is the case, open a ticket with PM Support and have them to trace back.
