      <title>How do I get help</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;PM cant find my number to send me a text so I can sign up,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Every time I try to activate the SIM card I get a Error 821&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and trying to get a ticket is not working.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am about to give up.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/223931"&gt;@David27&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;Do NOT try to activate again with Error 821&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is a chance that account was already activated.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please check credit card and confirm if PM already charged you, and if PM charged you once or multiple times&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Were you request porting when you activate?&amp;nbsp; Error 821 usually comes up when you enter IMEI number while it was looking for Account number&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As I said earlier , your account might have already setup , put the PM SIM in a phone and see if it can connect to PM.&amp;nbsp; If so, try to make an outgoing call and see if it work (incoming likely won't work yet)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Let us know the result and will advise from there&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
