      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/224631"&gt;@JulioS&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;How long you have ordered?&amp;nbsp; I think people now reported that they receive the SIM within a week&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To check the status, open a ticket with PM Support,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;click on the Bubble on the lower right or directly at : &lt;A href="https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot" target="_blank"&gt;https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;BR /&gt;Follow these these to get to ticket open page quicker:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Type: did not receive my sim card&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Then click "Contact Us" ,&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;and then click "Click here to submit a ticket"&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;you will then direct to another page to open ticket.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the moderators (but this can take longer):&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/2243" target="_blank"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/2243&lt;/A&gt;7&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/224631"&gt;@JulioS&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you need them quickly, proceed to a local Walmart or London drugs or other mobile shop that may sell Public Mobile SIM cards.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just tell them that you lost yours and you need a replacement - otherwise they may be hesitant to sell you one without you allowing them to do the activations for you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You should be able to get them for around $10 each in store.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you're in the Toronto area, Canadian Cell Supplies also provides them for cheaper.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;check near by public mobile store or any retailer like wow mobile or telus or koodo store they do have the public sim cards&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Canada Post might take up to 2-3 weeks for delivery depending on where you live.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are in a hurry, go to your local London Drugs or Walmart. Sometimes they will have a promo and will give you a free PM SIM if you get them to activate the SIM for you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;You can order one from Canadian Cell Supplies at $4.99.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
