    <description>&lt;P&gt;Logged into account ok but when click on plan details get:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Oh no!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It looks like something went wrong, but don't panic&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Logout and then log back in again to continue. Or return to the Login Page&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried logging in and out several times - no joy. Can access other functions.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

Clear cache, then close all the browser windows and relaunch&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Try on another browser (Edge/Chrome/Firefox)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. Try Incognito mode or inPrivate Mode&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4. Try on another machine or phone&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try to use different browser. I get the same if I use current (old version) browser and have to power up either Edge or Chrome (on PM).&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks folks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Was using Firefox - tried its private mode and worked -- still not working in normal mode&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Got edge to work in private mode as well.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
