If it's active then try some troubleshooting:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Reboot phone.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Toggle airplane mode on/off.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Remove sim card. Wait 10 min. Reinsert and reboot.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Reset network settings.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Switch from autoconnect 4G LTE/3G/2G to 3G only.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Test after each tip and report back if anything worked. Please help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am not getting calls or messages.
