BUT before you do that ensure there is a problem with your SIM card and not with your account/phone. Is your account in Active status? Have you tried your SIM card in another unlocked phone?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Try a factory reset your phone and see if that works. Remember to backup your phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If needed the new sim card can be swapped for the old one in self serve.
