IF so, for how long?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;IF in nonpay/suspended status for over 90 days you lost your phone number, account and access to self serve.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If this is the case you cannot use SIMon Chatbot any how.
