As of now i have'nt get my referral fee and 10.00 to my friend credit.

@akoeto1207 how long you have activated? PM will deposit the $10 into your account within 72 hours. Wait till after 72 hours before you open the ticket with PM Support to look into it

However, your friend who referred you should see the $1 on his/her account almost immediately after you activated. you can also ask him/her to check.. But even he/she cannot see the additional $1 friend referral from the list, still wait 72 hours before you open ticket with PM support

When did your friend activate a new account? It will take up to 72 hours for his $10 credit to show up. You should see his/her phone number in your rewards sections, under details. You won't actual $1 credit until the next time your plan renews.

If it has been more than 72 hours or you don't see your friend's phone number, then your friend has to contact customer service agent to fix the issue.

Edit: not sure who is the new customer. New customer gets $10 referral credit within 72 hours. Existing customer (referer) gets $1/month refer a friend reward (old rewards system) or 1 point/month (new rewards system). If any issues with credits, new customer needs to contact CSA.

@akoeto1207 $10 for new person that joined. Credited within 72 hours of activation. Has it been that long?

The person that referred does not get $10. If they are on old rewards the get a $1 off per 30 days. If on new program they get 1 point per 30 days

Check to see if the person that referred you has your number in their list of Refer a Friends list, shown here on their My Reward section. This would show up likely first, prior to your $10 in the Available Funds area.

Only Customer Support agents can add that on for you. But wait the 72 hours to see if it shows up in your Available Funds first before contacting them.

You get one or the other depending on whether your account is the new one or your friends. The $10 reward that the new account gets can take up to 72 hours to appear.
