      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, just changed over from SaskTel to PM. Answered the SaskTel message requesting the transfer with yes, however, incoming calls and texts are not coming through. It's been more than 8 hours. Tried turning off the phone, taking out sim card, and turning back on. Under the sim settings it states public mobile but "disconnected". Any solutions fellow PMers?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
