Locked out of self serve account

I forgot my password and tried to reset my account multiple times. I only get the reset email several hours later. By the time I get check my email, it's expired. Now, it says I'm locked out of my account.

Conatact a mod and they will help you reset the password.

Perhaps when you request to reset the password, the email is sent you may need to refresh your email and see if it is there or being hung some where else.

Once you locked out then only mod team can help you to reset the password.
