      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My plan shows&amp;nbsp;$10 per 30 days with no&amp;nbsp;includings&amp;nbsp;after&amp;nbsp;I activated SIM card and chose plan yesterday. When I tried to change my plan it showed it would take a month to change. I don't know why&amp;nbsp;my plan&amp;nbsp;was automatically changed to no includings.&amp;nbsp;Please help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;this has been a common issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;add funds to reach 120$ &amp;nbsp;then do an mmiediate plan change to the 120 one you orriginally wanted. this will reset your plan.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;mods will then credit you the extra you paid.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you will need to message the mods expaining your situation.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You need to send the moderators a private message&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;To send a private message to the &lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank"&gt;Moderator_Team&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;In your message send them:&lt;BR /&gt;1) account email address&lt;BR /&gt;2) PM phone number&lt;BR /&gt;3) explanation of what is happening&lt;BR /&gt;4) link to this thread if you want&lt;/P&gt;</description>
