Have you logged into your new selfserve account to check the status shown? You may also check your credit card to see if the first payment went through.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Aside from that, you could try putting your SIM in another phone temporarily to see if that fixes the issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The phone used to be with Telus it’s unlocked it even shows up on my phone as public mobile as one of the carriers they can connect to every time I hit it it puts a little blue check by it but I get no service the phones unlocked everything is clean and clear I’ve done all the trouble shooting that I have been instructed to do and I’m still getting nothing&lt;/P&gt;</description>
