    <description>&lt;P&gt;When the FM promotion was applied to my account, my data usage changed from 450MB/6Gb to 0mb/12Gb. Does this mean that my data limit is reset or just a oversite on the website?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

That might explain the 100MB difference that I have. Wish it were more, but once it got working, it got working quickly. So perhaps it was free, perhaps it's just a difference between what the phone shows and the app I'm using. (I started the App a day late too, but it still 100MB over what I actually used)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
