@Wendy36 Try going through the Simon bot and create a ticket to CS_Agent. You might hear back quicker than directly sending CS_Agent a message.

See that little bubble icon in the lower right?

Tap on it and type, "Need PUK"

Follow the instructions precisely based on what messaging you are receiving.

It'll get you to where you need to be.
